About Brasserie Felix’s Chef Jeff Cruse
Brasserie Felix’s Chef Jeff Cruse was born in Huntsville, Alabama in 1973. His early culinary interests were nourished in his grandma’s kitchen, where at her side he was watching, helping, tasting and developing the palate that today influences his cooking style. Cruse graduated from the Culinary Institute of America , in Hyde Park, NY. He has worked under such notables as Chef Eric Ripert of New York City’s Le Bernardin , Frank Stitt, Chef/owner of Highlands Bar and Grill in Birmingham, AL and Fabrece Vergez owner of French American Brasserie in Atlanta, GA.
Brasserie Felix and Chef Jeff Cruse brings to Northwest Denver the welcome taste of brasserie style French cuisine in the tastefully decorated Tennyson Street location.
